We decided to cooperate with Build Sustainable Innovation and Bocconi Food Associations on an event that could bring together all of our interests.
The event was centred around Food waste, the impact it has on the world and how it can be reduced through innovation and sustainable practices.
 

Bocconi professor Annalisa Prencipe moderated a debate among speakers such as Deliveristo CEO and co-founder, the head of procurement at HelloFresh, the general director at Banco Alimentare and a sustainability consultant.
 

They gave an insight on the challenges most commonly found on their jobs, and then shared a few projects and ideas they have for the future. Since the guests all came from very different backgrounds, each one of them was able to give his own unique perspective on the theme, resulting in an engaging debate that left a lot of food for thought.
